Payment

Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Amazon Pay. Unfortunately, we no longer accept personal checks.

Shipping

US Customers

Spend $50 in physical products to receive free shipping. Digital products do not count toward the $50 purchase for free shipping.

For items not qualifying for free shipping: Digital products require not shipping as it is a download. Products not meeting the $50 purchase will be charged a flat fee of $10 for shipping.

We ship via the US Postal Service using Priority Mail which provides a tracking number and $100 of insurance. Your order will be processed within 48 hours of order placement and then shipped.

At this time, we only mail to the United States of America.

Returns

Every effort is made to ensure you receive first-quality premium goods. If you need to return an item, contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly (usually within 48 hours) with instructions to return the requested item(s).

You may return new, unopened items in good condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus any incurred shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of shipping your package back to us. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This allows for the transit time to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing your return once received (2 to 5 business days), and time for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Libby Lane Quilts does not accept returns on clearance items, cut yardage, opened/used items, or digital products.
